These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Suresh TechLabs website and services. By accessing this website or applying for any of our programs, you agree to these terms.

1. Nature of Services

Suresh TechLabs is an MSME-Registered Technology Organization providing internships, software development, software testing, cloud solutions, technical training, academic project implementation guidance, and ethical research support.

2. Academic Integrity

All academic project and research support provided is strictly educational in nature. We do not guarantee Scopus indexing, guaranteed publication in any journal or conference, or guaranteed job placements. Students and researchers remain fully responsible for complying with their own institution's academic integrity and originality requirements.

3. Internship Programs

Internship tracks (4-week, 6-week, 8-week) follow structured curricula as described on our Internships page. Certificates are issued upon satisfactory completion of program requirements as determined by our mentors.

4. Payments & Refunds

Any applicable fees for paid programs will be communicated clearly before enrollment. Refund eligibility, where applicable, will be specified at the time of enrollment.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding and materials are the property of Suresh TechLabs unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Suresh TechLabs provides guidance and training services on a best-effort basis and makes no guarantee of specific outcomes, including but not limited to job placement, publication acceptance, or academic grades resulting from our guidance.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Andhra Pradesh having jurisdiction over any disputes.
